My Baby is 8.5 months old While sitting on ground was unstable.. trying to grab something fell down and gotbhurt on the forehead Pic attached hereunder It is lil red now I applied thrombophob - gel. Immediately Is there anything to worry ?? He has stopped crying ..but is irritated .. What should I do next?? Thanks in advance

Hii, After  Is falling if baby develops vomiting, convulsions,ear, nose bleeding, Unconsciousness, lethargy  not taking feeds, Then one should worry and have a opinion of a paediatrician. If it is not, then  don't do anything, just observe baby. One can give  syrup ibugesic Plus 1.5 ML twice a  day.

Hii....watch for danger signs like vomiting,excessive crying,decreased activity if anything like that visit near about if swelling develops apply ice pack For pain u can give syp ibugesic 4 ml bd for 3 days or as per weight
