Hello madam, nothing to worry about. Kindly remove the ear stud from the ear. Apply- t- bact ointment two times daily for 5 days Wash ur hands before applying cream. It may require medical management to prevent further damage. kindly consult ENT specialist

Try to remove earrings If you are not able to remove then visit ent doctor in person to get it removed. Till then apply t bact ointment
