I m discussing about my sister boy he is 20 month when he was born that time he didn't Cary now the condition is that he didn't sleep in night he just look up all the time and just take milk by bottle nothing else he scared alot when he scared that time he just tight his hole body he never sit or lay down on the bed or floor please tell me somethin

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. From your description it vaguely sounds like child has CP (cerebral palsy) secondary to birth asphyxia. Your question is not very clear though. Can you reframe the query?
