My 22months baby crying for no reason whether it's because of colic problem can I give colic aid and how much should be given for his age 10.4kg 85cm hight his birth weight 2.65kg

Check if the baby is crying while passing urine or stool or does he have any rash. Has he taken his feeds well? You can give syp Colic aid 2.5ml
