Baby 7 days old passing stools frequent

My baby is 7 days old. She is passing stools after every feed. Today she is passing stools with gas and making sounds while passing stools. It looks little watery. Is this normal. Plz help

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Its normal for baby to pass motions after each feed. Its called GASTROCOLIC REGLEX . if baby is sleeping well, feeding well, active, not vomiting, tummy is not bloated and distended you need not worry. Still as she is newborn, better get her seen by pediatrician.
