Hello. We need to know why you were advised them. Usually B12 deficiency (known clinically from darkening skin, mouth ulcers or neuropathic pain) can be treated with injectable or oral B12 supplementation. Dosing will depend on indication. Usually once a week injection for 5 injections is routine course for B12 deficiencies. Now oral form is also available.
