My b12 levels were more than 2000 when tested 21 November, but after last injection developed ringing in ear , other symptoms like fatigue, numbness, tingling have improved but still there . My family doctor due to overdose asked to stop all medications so b12 levels to return to normal...I want to know how long will it take for b12 to return to normal from overdose .

1) Other causes for fatigue, numbness and tingling needs to be evaluated. 2) Exactly we cannot tell how long it will take for b12 to return to normal, however since you have stopped taking vitamin b 12 injection it should be fine.
Next Steps
Do not panic. Check if you have diabetes, vitamin E deficiency, vitamin d deficiency.
