B12 deficiency

I was suddenly feel dizziness, weakness, palpitations, numbness, tingling, dr. Give me iv with multiple infusions but after i check out report my iron , vit d , lft, hb all came normal but vit b12 seems high above 2000 that due to that dextrose saline mix with b12 .. how may many times i have to wait for test again to know my level ?

It will normalise on its own its a water soluble vitamins, extra will pass through urine

Nothing to worry if b12 is high..it wil normalize on its own and there is no issue even if it is high
