Hi i m 36 y old male, suffering from azoospermia, undergone several semen analysis all showing no sperm even after centrifugation, but hormone panel normal including FSH, LH, and testosterone, i also undergone FNAC BILATERAL TESTES which showed Aspirate from right testis show normal spermatogenic maturation and left aspirate show only sertoli cells and no germ cells and spermatogenic cells are seen
