Hi, I have a problem in erection and consulted a doctor in vijayawada,semen test results as follows 60million but were dead cells. He concluded I have varicocele grade 1 and we operated 9 months back from there I have same problem in erection my semen results after surgery shows as azoospermia.(I am not married age is 27). So please guide me how to get rid out of azoospermia and ejection problem. I am going marry soon.
