Hello. I got prescribed 2 tablets of 500 mg azithromycin to take both at once. About 50 minutes after I took it, I threw up. I didn't eat before I took the medication therefore I barely threw up it was mainly just yellow. My question is, do I need to take this medication again since I threw up?

Yes u need to..take tab pan 40mg empty stomach half n hour prior to it..then take azee..
