It depends on severity of your throat infection and symptoms. Usual course is 3 days but of you are prescribed for 5 days, you must continue them for 5 days

Tab Azicip 500 mg is to be taken 500 mg once a day x 3 days. This dose n duration is enough

this medicine is for sorethroat mostly so use warm saline gargling along with at nad an antihistaminic like tab cetrizine 10mg at bed time
