I am suffering with thyroid, TSH is above 100 and taking below ayurvedic medicine from last 20 days Kanchanar Guggul - 2 tablets twice in every day Mixture of below Ayurvedic medicine (1 spoon morning and 1 in evening with water) Basera churna - 50gm Tripura churna - 50gm Pravaal churna - 10gm Godanti bhasam - 10gm Mukto pirti -4gm Is it ok me

yes its ok . but kanchanar guggul use should be limited in hypothyroid. pranayam & yoga has great potential in treating thyroid.
