Is it write or they made a human error while mentioning it? Because other paramiters are same as old prescription.i am in a doubt that thy will make my glass wrong.will that effect anything?

Both axis are very close to each other. Will not make much of a difference. Consult online to address your concerns

Both axis are near to each other , thats almost same. What is power of your cylindrical lens? -0.25 cylinder wont make any difference but power of -1.50 with slight degree change can make difference.
