Axcer 60 withdrawl symptoms

I have been taking Axcser 90 along with Asprin 75 for one year since September 2018-September 2019.Since Sep 3019 till May 20 i had taken Axcer 60 along with Asprin 75mg.I had stoped taking AxCER 60 since last 20 days.Is there any withdrawal symptoms of ACER as i feel uneasiness in chest sometimes in night.I had heart attack in Sept 18.I have undergone preventative stress echo twice in last 18 months and it is fine. Kindly advise if Axcer has some withdrawal effects

As such no withdrawal side effects You can continue tab Axcer 60 mg BD along with tab Ecosprin 75 mg OD for 3 years unless if you have any bleeding symptoms
