Avoid Unwanted Pregnancy

Hi Doc, I just need help with my unplanned pregnancy. My normal date is 20th but its been more than 7 days but my periods are still not coming.Last I had sex exactly one month back,I am having little pain in my stomach, on my back and knee. I was thinking that I might be pregnant so I tested with Prega News but that test was negative, but this is first time I am having this issue. My age is 25 Years. Please suggest me what should I do next to avoid this pregnancy and get my regular periods.
