Please seek prescription help from your treating gynecologist for low dose oral contraceptive pills, usually a pack of 21 tablets containing combined pills is available in the pharmaceutical store. While starting for first time, start on day 2 of the cycle. Continue 21 days on tablets and 7 days off tablets. Depending on your need for contraception, you can very well use them for 3 years.
