I have cold weather sensitivities... During cold weather I feel pressure over body... Tingling sensation on clitoris and pressure. .it mostly happened in cold pressure Then, after urination... My semen automatically coming out I don't know why do I have such problem? Is it treatable? How to control it It's active for 24 hours clitoris is like tingling sensation feeling... It's really disturbing my life
