Requires some suggestions related to behavioural problems and toilet training. He understands all and orally better. But when feels sleepy or hungry then cries and irritated. He does not know the toilets when he sits or sleeps. We have taken speech therapy. Suggest us what are the therapies required.

First of all the child needs neuropsychological evaluation and based upon that the child may require medications, occupational physiotherapy, neuro developmental physiotherapy, and speech therapy..the child can be admitted in special schools to get all under one roof..
