Attra drops after Vaccination

My son is 4 monts old. weight approx 4 -6 kg. He was given easy six, rotavac and polio drops today at 4.30 pm. at 8.15 pm he started having pain. i gave him 0.25 ml attta drops and 0.5 ml paracetamol drops at 8.45 pm. kindly confirm the quantity of medicine or i can give him additional attta and paracetamol to reliev his pain. thank you assistance

Mention concentration of paracetamol in drops... You can apply ice pack over local site...

Hi, You can give paracetamol (100 mg) o.8 ml 6 hrly for fever.
