Attached holter report

Hlo. I want u to have a look at my holter results. It's old report though but I haven't really got clarity about it from my doctor ever. My first issue is with the RR interval.. maximum rr interval is 3.8 which shud be less than 2 n cud > 2 mean pause.. now doctor didn't attach strip of that time Moreover when this happened I didn't have any symptom. Infact I was texting my brother exactly 1 minute ago...another thing is the longest run of beats Rest I don't have any blackouts or other symptoms... I was not bothered by it but I read about it somewhere and suddenly after so many months my attention gone towards this report then

Why was holter advised if you are asymptomatic for the first place? If asymptomatic there is no need to worry. We can keep watch on your pulse regularly. Such pause if asymptomatic doesn’t need any treatments. Just get health check every year with ecg, echo, TMT

Intermittent long paise and short runs of tachycardia are normal its nothing to worry. Your holter report is normal

Single Episode is not significant & moreover there is no symptom So nothing to worry
