The main cause of pain is the disc indentation on the cord. U can do physiotherapy as advised, but if the symptom do not resolve u may require surgery

Try physiotherapy for few days.. Electrotherapy wil b fixed the pain and inflammation. Take moist heat hot pack then exercise those tought by physio.
