Hello, The pain that you are describing is not heart related. If fever persists visit a hospital and calpol is 500 mg not 200 mg. Why do you want to take Calaptin ? Do you already have atrial fibrillation? If yes consult online directly. If no then get your ECG and Echo done Take care

Calpol is available in 500mg. It is usually not available as 200mg. Please check. Calaptin 120 SR is not to be taken occasionally. There are some specific indications for taking that medicine. Usually a chest pain which lasts for a few seconds is not related to heart, especially in a 31 year old. If you are not a smoker and do not have a family history of heart disease, it is even more unlikely that this pain is related to heart.
Next Steps
Please see a physician if fever persists. For chest pain, please get an ECHO and TMT. If both are normal, you don’t have to worry.
