I want to know more about the treatment methods and sucessful cases treated for below mentioned problem. Diagnosis report from Sion Hospital Mumbai says as below : 32 year female with chronic progressive symmetrical spastic, paraparesis and overactive bladder, urinary urgency and doubtful myoclonic jerks with minimal ataxic signs and predominant spasticity features provisional diagnosis of hereditary spastic paraparesis made differential kept were spastic paraplegia syndromes. I can share the diagnosis report during consultation.
