My daughter carting ataxia telangiectasia. AFP range is 252. And treatment is available for new.

You should consult a neurologist for treatment. However definitive treatment is not available but physiotherapy, speech therapy exercises can help. And also some antiepileptic and antiparkinsonian drugs have shown some effects. But to be started with consultation.
