Atarax permanently cure sleeplessness?

I was suffering from sleeping difficulty.I took Tab Atarax 10 mg for three nights after dinner and had good sound sleep at all the three nights.Can taking Tab Atarax(10mg) for 10 days permanently cure sleeplessness  or  Sleeping difficulty due to anxiety?

Atarax side effect is drowsiness and sleepiness. It's not drug or choice. It has no role in anxiety. Consult.
