Hello sir , For asymptomatic gallstones treatment remains to follow diet like less oily and fat content , but when is a CBD calculi, u need to consider an ERCP and get it removed , bcoz of the calculi get stuck at the ampulla it might cause pancreatitis and that is an medical emergency

Tab UDCA 300 mg twice a day u can try for gallstone , but definite five treatment for this would be ERCP followed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy
