Your problem seems to be due to severe reflux
Eat small frequent meals every 4 hrs
dont increase gap between meals for more than 6 hrs
donot lie down immediately after meal . wait atleast 1 hr . (sit upright or walk around )
Avoid water during meals , preferably take water in between meals,
Avoid excess tea coffee carbonated drinks fried food .and spicy food
Do regular exercise for 30 mins every day
Avoid Stress .Do yoga/meditation.
take proper sleep
Drink plenty of liquids approx 2 to 3 liters per day in between meals rather than during meals
You can try anti reflux pillow while sleeping
Pls follow these lifestyle changes and get endoscopy done to assess the severity of reflux disease.
