Hi, ur symptoms are due to allergens like smoke ,dust, pollen, cold air etc..., avoid these triggering factors. And ur nose blockage may be due to deviated nasal septum or allergic rhinitis or due to chronic sinusitis.. Kindly consult ENT surgeon...
