I am suffering from asthma past 3 months doctors gave me inhaler and antihistamines to use daily but as a side effect I am unable to work hard and body always pain.cannot leave medicine even for a single day.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Unfortunately, There is no other way. Just use the inhaler and medicines. There is no problem in those. Infact not taking the medicines will create the problem. You can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
