Hello My two month old baby has continuous cough and blocked nose for last three days so doctor suggested saline nosal spray and asthalin syrup - 1ml , thrice a day. But it is mentioned in the net that asthalin should not be given under two years. Can I give asthalin ? And why it is mentioned in net like that
