Dr saha has answered my question that my concern should be cause of infections so cause is upper respiratory infections and formula milk aspiration.i can't fix it I sit him upright position but still he coughs

In that case Gastroesophageal reflux can b the cause .Is the child gaining weight?? u should consult the local pediatrician to rule out any cardiac disease also
