I am 14 weeks prégnant and I had Last year à misscarriage. I would like to know if it is recommanded to take aspegic 100mg during m'y pregnancy to improve blood fluidity , and if the aspegic Could have négative effect on the baby

This is aspirin some times doctors prescribe this to keep blood thin
