My baby is 2.5 months old...my milk supply is not up to the mark... so I give formula feed(2-3 feed) as well as breast milk more over my babby is combination fed babby...as I'm giving formula feed will that effect my babby immunity im really worried about that.

Formula feeds doesn't decrease the immunity. Breastfeeding helps in immunity. You are giving both so not to worry.
