U can..bur treatment of acne depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello Yes u can surely use fashwash to wash gel. Ideally facewash is much better for face than soaps. I won't recommend multanimitti as now a day it comes in aldulterated forms.
