Sir they before yesterday nyt I had a pulav oily n drunk only one glass water and also took primolut N for periods delay  from yesterday I got fever n losemotion n got vry illness plz.help me out

Maintain hydration. Have plenty of fluids with added sugar and salt. Coconut water lemon juice etc. Semi solid diet.
