Hello. Asthma is a clinical diagnosis which is supported by physical examination and PEFR or spirometry. Asthma should be considered if child is having frequent episodes of breathlessness requiring nebulization, Frequent cough, Episodes of wheezing These symptoms might follow exertion, exposure to dust smoke, Or might follow cold or any viral infection
