She is having abdominal discomfort so went for check up in ultrasound she found with abdminal mass,mild ascites. doctor refferred to abdominal CT Scan.attached files are report s pls do check and what immidiate action need to take

Unfortunately this report is suggestive of Ovarian cancer. Need few more test to co firm the same. 1. CA 125 levels 2. Pouch of Douglas aspiration.

Looks like cancer in the abdomen as per your report. Need additional investigation like CA 125, CEA level. If it is ovarian cancer then need surgery plus chemotherapy ( common cancer with this type of presentations)
