Is it possible that my big eyebags is the side effect of artificial tears or is it because of my dry eyes? *I can't send any pictures of my eyebags* Please just answer. Thank you.

artificial tears per say dont have any side effect. but difficult to comment on whether you are genuinely artificial tears or not. better that you visit a doctor once and get you self checked
