Arthritic pain

I am having my muscles pain near hand- elbow joint for now 3-4 months now.. I am anticipating arthritis as the pain has not reduced but slowly going more ground from one hand to both. In certain stressed hand folding / other twisted hand position it really pains. I also feel kind of drainedout of energy by end of day. Pls advice

It can be autoimmune condition called "Rehumatoid arthritis" To diagnose or rule out it get this investigations done. 1. ESR 2.CRP 3. Rheumatoid factor 4. Anti CCP 5. Serum uric acid
