Angioplasty is the best treatment available. You can go for CABG surgery too but it's more complicated. Angioplasty can be done just like angiography. Medicines can help in reducing furthermore formation but can not reverse the deleterious effect of the formed thrombus. Unstable angina is a severe condition, the symptoms worsen with stress and exercise and this could lead to damage to heart any chance it gets. Angioplasty is advised as soon as possible.
