Hello respected docs Pls let me know a person who has 50 percent artery blockage needs stenting. Also the person has breathlessness and chest pain while doing physical activity. The person is 20 yrs old female unmarried. No diabetes or hypertension. Thnx

Hi, usually 70% and more stenosis in coronary artery needs stenting or bypass depends upon the location and number of the stenosis. 50% stenosis usually needs optimal medical treatment (except in LMCA disease). For further discussion needs the angiogram reports.
