Can arteriosclerosis be reversed by lower cholesterol,if someone is having plaque in arteries, or is it irreversible.

It’s said that that it may be in early stages. A clinical evaluation is necessary to prognosticate the reversibility. It’s a great question!

Depends on age ...extend and composition of plaque in atherosclerosis ....lipid profile risk factor modification and most importantly composition of plaque which can be made on intravascular imaging ...n extend of plaque...and minimum what can be done is ct  calcuium score
