The white structures you see in the intra op picture are your extensor tendons which help you to move your fingers and wrist. The tumour taken out from your forearm and wrist area will cause a lot of inflammation which will reduce eventually but when you try to move your fingers or wrist it will cause pain due to the tendons not able to move freely within the operated area
You may take anti inflammatory medications like chymoral forte but you need to consult a physiotherapist and start physiotherapy.

It will be painful when you start the physiotherapy but you need to be consistent and your pain should eventually reduce in 2 weeks time
