My armpits have become dark and patchy,slight inflation is also there,it itches sometimes when its sweaty,I don't use any deodorant directly .

Good Day. Itching in armpits can be cause of irritation or fungal infection due to sweating and occlusive conditions. It is good that deodorant is not used. Use Anti-fungal powder to keep armpit area dry and wear loose cotton clothes. Advised to consult Dermatologist for treating any infection and darkening of skin.
