Axillary lump since 2-2.5 months, that does not resolve. I got ultra sonography done. It shows anechoic to hypoechoic nodular lesion in the subcutaneous plane of right axillae, measing about 22*6mm in size, with inflammed or infected right axillary lymph node. I have already done the antibiotic course twice, in a month, but it still does not resolve. The lump is painless. What can be the possible cause?

It can be a cyst.. A sebaceous cyst mostly. If the lump is bothering u then the only wa to get rid of it is by removing it by a minor surgery.
