Hi..
It could be due to a muscle got impinged in an awkward position due to waier faulty position of the arm.
I recommend you to ice your arm frequently to allow recovery..
Don't lift any weight..
Don't like on the affected left side..
Don't move your arm forcefully..
Kindly revert back after a day in case you need any further clarification or if movement doesn't Improve..
