Arm Pain, possibly from spider bite

I have a very unusual issue going on In my right arm. Almost 2 years ago I got a spider bite and the bump stayed until just recently it has decreased and have been feeling weird sensations in my arm. A small part of my muscle on my lower arm has tensed and sometimes pulses and burns, and now today I am feeling a bit of pulsing on the upper bicep.
