Diabetes from last 4 years Angiography, 2d, and all heart related test was done on Dec. 2014 Result Normal, Just hyperacidity declared but i still have pain at left arm, shoulder and left side chest Urly spondylitis also declared before 4 months Suger result before 15 days is under control I note doing my job properly because of chest n arm pain please tell the reason of same
