Arch pain both leg

2023-05-25 17:57:23
After working out or lifting some weight during shifting, my son has felt burning pain in arch of the foot, and this is only felt if he does weight training. Please recommend some solution like which shoe for exercise like running or weight lifting, physiotherapy exercise, orthotic like compression sock etc. Thanks!
